This is why men and women have to be added watchful when black individuals walk by non-black neighborhoods.

Her incident it is just a single of millions of racially motivated violent acts on that side of PA. Plus, I grew up in PA…I know how violent blacks are on the west side of PA. Of course, Fey is not ignorant enough to hold a grudge on blacks for it.
