I heard it in Train’s “Hey, Soul Sister”. The total line is “I believe in you Like a virgin, you’re Madonna”. What does that imply?

Madonna sang the song “Like a virgin”, so he is generating a reference towards that song. At the same time he is making use of it as a double entendre.
