Weeks following his unceremonious dismissal from Grey’s Anatomy, embattled actor, Isaiah Washington is considering filing a lawsuit.

The furor above the Isaiah Washington-T.R. Knight gay slur problem has dragged on for months but the truth behind what actually transpired is a matter of he said, he mentioned till now. According to Knight, who appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Display in January, “everybody [on the set] heard [the gay slur].” Knight was referring to an on-set disagreement in between Washington and Grey’s lead star, Patrick Dempsey, in the course of which Washington reportedly employed an anti-gay phrase in reference to Knight.
