Halle Berry: Is Hurricane Chris’ song “Halle Berry” retarded as hell?

I was watching the new Hurricane Chris video for his song “Halle Berry” and it just flat-out sucked. Also, he looks as if he is constipated everytime he states, “Halle Berry”. What are your opinions?
